From Wikipedia, premenstrual syndrome is defined as,
Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) (also called PMT or premenstrual tension) is a collection of physical, psychological, and emotional symptoms related to a woman’s menstrual cycle.
It is also said that PMS is attributed to high stress levels, like high blood pressure, and low energy supplies.
According to Doctor Edward Lichten, the exact cause is unknown but it is generally believed that PMS, migraine and depression stem from neurochemical changes within the brain.
Here are some suggestions to get rid of PMS:

Other than being estranged for one or more circumspect reasons, will you leave a loved one if he or she met an accident and crippled him or her? It would last forever the doctors will say. Will you decide on leaving?
I know a girl who had been in a relationship with her boyfriend for many years. The unfortunate incident blinded both of the boyfriend’s eyes. There was no cure. He will be blind forever. After a few months, the girl left because of the reason that she will not have a bright future with the boy.
Now, let us not be hasty in judging the girl. She was being practical. She has her reasons. Some people cannot be that patient with physically and mentally challenged individuals. Some people have ambitions and visions in life. Some even do not have the audacity to face challenges.

One day, when daughter was still in high school, she suddenly blurted out that she does not have a best friend.
